What will you do?
- Developing and executing a development roadmap in collaboration with the product owner, using customer feedback and data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements;
- Guiding and collaborating with the team to improve the venipuncture procedure and explore new possibilities for innovation;
- Solving complex customer and clinical problems by applying knowledge of the device’s functionalities and translating this into improvements within your team and other development teams;
- Designing, implementing, and validating improvements to the venipuncture strategy, while providing mentorship and coaching to team members;
- Taking on HR and competency responsibilities for all engineers in your team, and fostering a culture of growth and excellence;
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments in autonomous robot control, applying these insights to product improvements, and ensuring the team’s skills remain up-to-date.

Who are we looking for?
- The ambition to lead (leadership experience is a plus);
- A master’s degree in physics, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field;
- Background in autonomous driving/robotics or other highly regulated sectors such as healthcare;
- Strong design and coding skills in C++, combined with a talent for creative problem-solving and innovation;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistics;
- Experience with data analysis and Python-based data science tools (preferred);
- Proficiency in AI planning, decision-making, and other optimization techniques, with knowledge of automated decision-making processes (preferred);
- Previous involvement in developing software for medical robotic devices (preferred).
